Snow Drift Tutorial

You asked for it and here it is! I have loaded a video tutorial on how I made the snow drift panel of this card:

I have tried several times to watch this video. It will not load at all.
I have windows 7 and don't have trouble with other videos from sites other that dropbox. Any suggestions?

Anonymous, this video is an mp4 file so you will need to have software that reads mp4. If you do a google search hopefully you'll find something that will help.
