When I looked back through my blog it wasn't difficult to find plenty of projects without stamping (just last month alone I had four cards that fit this criteria) - such is the joy of mixed media and all the wonderful craft products available to us.
For today's project I was inspired to create something soft and nostalgic.
I just love this colour combination. The various pieces are tied together visually by sponging them all with the same ink, and the splatters help in this too (although I may have gotten a little carried away with those, lol).
Materials used:
- card - very vanilla (SU)
- papers and ephemera - Grandma's Attic collection (Mintay)
- distress ink - brushed corduroy
- other - paper flowers (stash), linen thread, crop-o-dile, Dimensionals, craft foam, sponge dauber, mini glue dots, Label Stickers - Sentiments (Tim Holtz), fan brush
